PET Release Film / Liner
PET siliconized release film is a type of film that is used as a backing material in the production of pressure-sensitive labels, tapes, and adhesive products. It is made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), a strong and durable plastic, and is coated with a thin layer of silicone to provide a release surface.
The silicone coating on the PET release liner allows the adhesive on the label or tape to be easily removed from the backing material when applied to a surface. This makes it easier to apply and remove the label or tape without leaving any residue behind. PET siliconized release liner is commonly used as a carrier film in pressure sensitive labels, tapes and adhesive products.
As one of the earliest film manufacturers in China, Firsta Group has the state-of-art equipments and experienced R&D team to manufacture functional PET and BOPP films for more than 30 years. Regarding the mentioned PET Release Film, both silicone coating and non-silicone coating are available for customers to choose. PET Release Film could be used for self adhesive materials, specialty tapes, protective film and die-cutting for many industries.
