BOPP White TC Film is made with BOPP white base film and chemical top coating. It is commonly used as face stock material for self adhesive / pressure sensitive labels. With a glossy white appearance in one side and matte white in another side, BOPP White Top Coated film is specifically designed to enhance the visual appeal of your products.


"Sandwich Components" of Pressure Sensitive Labels

Pressure-sensitive labels, also known as self-adhesive labels, have been considerably refined over the years.
It is essentially a sandwich of substrates (See below figure). The first part of the sandwich is the face material, which becomes the finished printed label.
The reverse of the face material is coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive and the face paper is then laminated onto the liner substrate which is coated with a silicone layer.
