KS10PP anti-aging masterbatch, is a homopolymer polypropylene as the carrier, by efficient ultraviolet absorber, light stabilizer and antioxidant optimized composite processing, its product features light color, no odor, no pollution, good compatibility, small migration, easy processing, polymer has a good protection. After the product has been added, the molecules will form an isolated protective film on the surface of the product, which is quickly isolated from the corrosive oxidation molecules in the air. The aging resistance of polyolefine film can be improved significantly , so that It is service life can be prolonged.

In the production of polypropylene film, anti-aging masterbatch is mainly used to improve the processing stability of PP and PE, and prevent the increase of PP melt index and loss of physical properties. Compared with other polymer materials, polyolefins have poor aging resistance, especially poor UV resistance. This is because of the presence of methyl groups and a large number of tertiary carbon atoms on the molecular chain. The hydrogen on the tertiary atom is very easy to generate free radicals under ultraviolet radiation, and is easy to generate peroxides in the presence of oxygen.
