Product Description

TIS30PP is made from polypropylene as the base material, mixed with imported raw materials C5, C9 hydrogenated petroleum resin and a small amount of functional additives, and processed using special processing techniques and equipment.
 

Applications

It is not only  widely suitable of BOPP cigarette box packaging,BOPP shrink pack film,BOPP tear tape film. CPP tangle film etc. But also use for Plastic film blowing film,Shopping bags, food bags, sheet products enhanced hardening and rigidity modification processing.

Stiffening masterbatch, also called hardening masterbatch, is a modified material that is made of homopolymer polypropylene and modified stiffening materials mixed in a certain proportion. It gives some excellent properties that pure polypropylene film does not have. For example, in the production of BOPP cigarette packaging film, adding 20%-30% stiffening masterbatch can significantly change the air tightness of cigarette packaging film, thus benefiting cigarettes. The long-term fragrance; because it has good fluidity, it can reduce the shear force between the screw and the polypropylene melt; it can significantly change the thermal shrinkage rate of the film, making the thermal shrinkage rate of the film higher to adapt to Compact cigarette packaging requirements; in addition, it can also change the transparency and heat-sealing properties of the film, reduce the haze of the film, and the heat-sealing temperature to adapt to the high-speed packaging requirements of cigarette packaging machines. Adding it to CPP can reduce the thickness and enhance the stiffness (tissue film), and adding it to plastic can increase the hardness.
