During the use and processing of the film, when two layers of film come into contact with each other, due to the influence of factors such as temperature, pressure, action time and friction performance between the films, the two layers of film may produce a large adhesion force due to the migration of short-chain molecules or because the film is too smooth, resulting in the phenomenon of film adhesion. In order to prevent the adhesion of the film, make the film surface have a certain roughness, keep a certain amount of air between the films, and reduce the friction coefficient of the film, it is necessary to add a certain modified additive called "anti-adhesion agent" to the resin.
The main components of inorganic anti-adhesion masterbatch are silicon dioxide, dispersant and carrier polypropylene. Its anti-adhesion mechanism is: by adding inorganic anti-adhesion masterbatch to the surface of the film, the rigid silicon dioxide particles on the surface of the film will make the surface of the film rough during the manufacturing process of the film, thereby achieving an anti-adhesion effect. Since the particle size of silica particles in the inorganic anti-adhesion masterbatch is very small (generally around 3.5μm), and the inorganic anti-adhesion masterbatch contains a large amount of inorganic matter, adding too much will affect the haze of the film. Therefore, under the premise of meeting the anti-adhesion and opening requirements, as little as possible should be added (the added amount is generally 1%-2% of the film surface).
